I just came across an alarming post in the Ateneo Alumni FB group. It is about this serious concern of the community members of the Ateneo, and the Katipunan Avenue- Xavierville area over the construction of a 42-story residential condo at the corner of Katipunan and Aurora Blvd.This article by Harvey Keh in The Manila Times sums up all the issues being raised against Blue Residences and the Quezon City Council, which approved the zoning exemption for SM Development Corporation.
