Is It Filipino Men's Healthy Self-Esteem or Delusional Pride?

Today, I came across an article in  Yahoo Travel  entitled "Asia's  Most Sinful Cities"  by Andrew Mills.

It listed Manila as being guilty of the sin of pride because...

according to a study from Synovate, Filipino men are the most narcissistic in Asia. A whopping 48 percent consider themselves sexually attractive.

By way of comparison, just 25 percent of men in Singapore considered themselves sexually attractive, 17 percent in China and Taiwan and a measly 12 percent of Hong Kong guys think the same.

Now, are we Filipinos  really guilty of pride or do we simply have a healthy self-esteem?

To answer this question,   I  typed  "Filipino Men" in the  Google search box.  When I clicked on "Images,"   the first entry in the first row of  resulting images was this

So,  how should I answer that question now?
